Job description - A clear and detailed job description, including responsibilities, duties, and any additional skillsets, is essential in helping us identify the most suitable candidates. The more information provided, the more effectively we can refine and target the search.

Head Hunting and Shortlisting - We refine your candidates selection based on your exact requirements.

Internal Interviews - We interviews every candidate specifically for your role before introducing them to you.

References and Documentation Checks - We verify candidates references verbally and/or via emails and we provide this feedback to you, we also check their documents are valid and in date.

Jenny Colton, founder of Colton Yacht Crew, brings over 15 years of experience as a Chief Stewardess and 4 years in yacht crew recruitment. Her passion for the yachting industry remains as strong today as when she first stepped on board.
Originally from Sweden, Jenny grew up riding and competing in equestrian events. After university, she moved to Spain with plans to work as an accountant, but the allure of the yachting world captured her heart and she hasn’t looked back since.
Having worked both on board and in recruitment, Jenny understands what it takes to succeed in this fast-paced, ever-evolving industry. What drives her most is connecting talented crew with the right opportunities, creating lasting relationships with clients, and seeing both yachts and crew thrive. At Colton Yacht Crew, Jenny’s expertise, dedication, care and personal approach are at the heart of every placement.
Katie Rushton
After 7 years working in the Superyacht industry and 2 in events, Katie has spent the last 3 as a marketing consultant and copywriter, creating captivating content for clients in luxury travel, yachting, real estate, tourism, and wellness industries.

With over a decade of experience spanning marketing, superyachts, and events, she knows how to help both individuals and brands shine.
