2nd Steward(ess) CYC 008

We are looking for an energetic, friendly and professional 2nd Steward(ess) for a 50m Private MY.

The ideal candidate is an experienced 2nd Steward(ess) with proven longevity on a Motor Yacht, however we are looking for the right person, with the right personality, to fit in with this amazing, professional, sociable and caring crew.

Our ideal candidate is confident in interacting with guests of all levels, has excellent service skills and a confident refinement in the service she provides. Detail orientated and pro-active, you will see a job through and prioritise effectively to ensure the highest standards are met.

This role would best suit a candidate with an outgoing, positive, and approachable demeanour, with the ability to always remain professional.

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic candidate that loves to create and provide great experiences for the owner and his guests, an easy-going, friendly and caring candidate that works hard with a smile on their face.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
• Assisting the Chief Stewardess in all aspects of interior operations
• Overseeing and mentoring junior stewardesses
• Providing high-level service, including table settings, bartending, and guest care
• Housekeeping and laundry duties, the role rotates between all areas of the interior
• Assisting with provisioning and inventory management
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day interior operations

About the program: CAR/TBC – Dual Season

Required Documents/Certificates: STCW, ENG1, PDSD, Food & Hygiene Level 2, B1B2 in hand, other certificates is a bonus

Requirements for application: Previous experience as a 2nd Steward/ess, min 1 year of proven longevity on one vessel, wine and cocktails knowledge, table settings, good verifiable references, good communicator.

Salary: 5.000 USD/month
