We are looking for a Steward(ess) for a well-established 65m+ Private MY, preferably with 1-2 seasons experience on a MY.

This role is split between Service and Housekeeping, so our candidate must have experience and be confident in both areas, someone with restaurant/bar/barista background is beneficial.

Our ideal candidate is confident in interacting with guests of all levels, is happy to work in both departments with experience in both housekeeping duties and service.

The owning family engages with the crew, making this role ideal for someone who is sociable yet maintains professionalism. It offers a fantastic chance to join an exceptional team that has been with the owner for many years. This position is perfect for a candidate with an adventurous spirit, eager to explore incredible destinations and passionate about their profession. The long-standing crew is seeking another easy-going, friendly, and caring individual with a good sense of humor, who works diligently with a smile.

Many crew members have been with the owner for a long time, resulting in HIGH crew retention.

The upcoming season will be spent cruising through the Panama Canal, up the west coast of the US for a summer in Alaska.

This is a year-round season with an experienced and adventurous yacht owner who enjoys venturing off the beaten path but is also content to dock in major cities for exploration. This role is not for the faint-hearted. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic candidate who is passionate about creating and delivering exceptional experiences for the owner and his guests. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established yacht with a great Captain, superb Officers & HODs and a lovely owner.

 The interior department consists of 6.

 Job Title: Steward(ess)

 Contract: Permanent

 Yacht: Private 65m+ MY

 Starting date:  Within 1 week

 About the program: Panama and west coast US and the summer in Alaska

 Required Documents/Certificates: STCW, ENG1, PDSD, Food & Hygiene Level 2, B1B2 in hand.

Salary:  DOE


Additional Benefits: 

20% bonus of annual salary, increasing by 5% annually.

Annual review & salary increase.

Full medical & dental insurance.

One week paid training at the end of the first year, increased by one week annually.

The HOD's have a strong focus on crew wellbeing.

Small discrete tattoos may be accepted.
